Darshana Bhalla
Darshana Bhalla is an innovative and thoroughbred entrepreneur and leader for over 20 years in the media and entertainment industry. She has the ability and vision to envisage future trends and innovations, a creative entrepreneur with an acute sense of business.
Darshana’s experience varies from starting her own company at the age of 28 and partnering with India’s largest homegrown communication conglomerate Madison Communications (advertising veteran Sam Balsara’s company) to form a company called Madison and Teamwork’s Entertainment Solutions (MATES), a pioneer in Branded content and celebrity solutions business . Her work has won her several accolades at prestigious Advertising Events like Abby’s and EMVIES for Creative and Media innovations.
Priya Goradia
Priya Goradia is a seasoned celebrity management and operations professional with a career spanning over 15 years. Her network varies across leading advertisers in the country and multi-disciplinary celebrities . In her career span, Priya has been working closely in the strategy and revenue team of CEO’s and Founders. She has worked closely with the founders of these companies and their new business initiatives.
She started her journey with Professional Management Group : pioneers in sports management and founded by Sunil Gavaskar. Later she Joined MATES ( Madison and Team Works Pvt. Ltd) and was a part of the team that founded the celebrity management & solutions. She handled celebrity onboarding and business strategy and development.

In 2017-18,she enabled and worked with her then CEO and Founder Darshana Bhalla’s vision of becoming a future ready multi-disciplinary talent venture company called DO IT Talent Ventures ( Funded by the Family office of Mr. Rana Kapoor : TTS:IO) .
In 2021, she progressed to becoming a Partner and COO in D’Artist Talent Ventures – The multi-disciplinary celebrity solutions agency.
She is actively involved in the strategy affecting Market Share & Presence, Revenues, Processes, Legal Administration and P&L. She personally spearheads the portfolio that consists of Advertiser Led Revenue and Large On Ground Operations. She runs and has a detailed eye on the operations of the company which is on path to constant expansion of business and processes.
